The rates for doubles are based on two people per room per night and include a full English Breakfast. A family room is available and can sleep up to 4. Please note that we only accept bookings of a minimum of 2 nights at weekends. |

Payment - First night to be paid on booking and account to be settled on
departure. We accept most cards except American Express, and we accept cheques
and cash.
Cancellation policy - Deposits are non refundable, however, every effort
is made to re-let to another customer and in that event we will refund your
deposit. We advise customers to take out travel insurance to cover this risk.
Check in/out times – Rooms are ready for occupancy after 4pm on the day of
arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.45am on the day of departure.
Car Parking – There is private off road parking and customers are welcome
to leave their cars on the premises during their stay. Customers are also
welcome to leave their cars after check out but they must be removed no
later than 1pm. We are obliged to state that cars and their contents are
parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.
